This is a shared home, not a whole house. Your space: two private guest bedrooms with queen beds & a private bath, all with locks, plus Smart TVs, desks, USB ports & Wi-Fi. Guest foyer with coffee/tea, microwave & mini fridge. Shared space: kitchen, dining & living areas, and laundry room. Our friendly indoor cat, Ren, lives here. The space Welcome to Backwater Bungalow! We're Bill and Holly, your hosts. We live here with our indoor cat, Ren. We enjoy hosting and aim to make your stay feel like home away from home. Your guest area, which includes two bedrooms, a private full bathroom, and a stocked foyer area, is separated from the rest of the house by a floor-to-ceiling curtain. Open it or keep it closed for more privacy, as you prefer. The private full bathroom is stocked with quality towels, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Each bedroom includes premium bedding, extra blankets and pillows, a smart TV, room-darkening curtains, a dresser, a desk with an office chair, a closet with hangers, a luggage rack, a space heater, and a personal fan. Private driveway parking is included. Enter easily at the front door using your unique keyless code. Whether you're here for a DE Turf Sports Complex tournament, a beach stay, visiting the area, or need a stop on the way to another destination, we hope you'll feel relaxed and at home while you are here! Please note: The master bedroom/office and garage are strictly off-limits to guests. During your stay We’re blessed to call this our full-time home, which we share with our friendly indoor cat, Ren. You’re welcome to enjoy the guest area privately or join us in the shared spaces. We love spending time with our guests, but we also completely respect your need for peace and quiet. We both work from home, so we are available for any needs that may arise. Other things to note We keep the guest bedroom doors closed at all times to keep our cat from entering. This keeps the guest rooms fur-free, but if you have severe cat allergies, our home may not be the best fit, as she does have access to the shared areas of the house. Air mattresses are available upon request for extra sleeping space. You can park directly in our driveway near the front sidewalk for easy access to the front door. Monthly stays welcome.
