For the safety and security of our guests, there is a doorbell camera and additional outdoor cameras overlooking the front and back entry doors that record with motion. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure. **Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.** Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately. This property is NOT pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy due to the owner's severe allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available. Other things to note Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.
