This craftsman style 3.5 BR, 3 Bath west College Heights home is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Ideal location, just 7 blocks from west campus and 1.5 blocks to the PSU golf course and walking/biking trail. Our quiet street is lined with large oak trees and only used by local traffic. A 240V car charger is available for your EV, as well as two 2-person e-bikes (with deposit). The space The main home features a master suite with king bed, full bath with laundry, and an adjoining bedroom/office with a daybed (pulls out to a king bed). The living room has a book nook and a wood-burning fireplace, with space for a roll-away single bed (with comfy memory foam mattress). The dining room, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, and a 2nd full bath round out the main living space. Chefs will love the fully stocked kitchen and deck with Blackstone grill! For convenience, we welcome you to use our spices/condiments, so just bring your food and you are ready to cook for your group. The walk-out basement apartment is located on the lower level of the home. It is accessed from its own entrance around the back of the home, or via the basement. Each room has windows, so it is nice and bright! The apartment adds an additional kitchen, living room with futon, full bath, king bedroom, and laundry facilities. The basement walks out to a private, fully-fenced backyard that features a gazebo, propane fire pit, and hammock. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and has a 240V electric vehicle charging station.
