Welcome to our cozy, spacious private studio with its own private front entrance, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and independence during their stay. This studio is separated from the main house and perfect for solo travelers, couples, or short-term stays. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully prepared to make you feel at home. Guests can enjoy a comfy queen sized bed, 65” smart TV, fast WiFi, private bath, a relaxing atmosphere for a pleasant stay. Near Yosemite & Lake Tahoe (1.5hr) The space Private Studio with private shower/bathtub, mini fridge and microwave access. Feel free to bring K-Cups for our Keurig coffee maker in the studio. Bedroom and bathroom separated from the main home so you have your own privacy. Huge Smart TV with complimentary access to guest Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Prime Video, Disney+ and more! We expect our guests to treat our place with respect as we work hard to provide a quality and relaxing space for all guests and we would like to continue hosting on Airbnb. Please do not flush anything but human waste in the toilet 🚽. Guest access Please do not block the driveway. Plenty of street parking available or front of house if available. Other things to note No Pets allowed ⚠️ No late check outs without written approval from hosts. Usually there are guests that booked after your stay and cleaners in between. A late check out charge will be applied $25/hr. No access to main house, laundry, backyard or garage. Earlier check-in (up to an hour) possible with timely request. Late Check-in available upon request. Outdoor private driveway parking available upon request for a $25 fee.
