The space Set on about 2 acres of private countryside land in Eagleville, this home is surrounded by fruit trees and open space, offering a quiet, unhurried setting for up to 8 guests. The home has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, giving everyone room to spread out. Each bedroom has its own TV, so guests can settle in and unwind at their own pace. Bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and both include a bathtub alongside a bidet. The kitchen is set up for real cooking and everyday meals, with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and basic pantry items on hand, plus a dining table for gathering over meals. A board game or two can fill a quiet evening indoors, and with air conditioning, heating, and WiFi throughout, the home stays comfortable whatever the season. A washer and dryer are also available to guests, along with detergent, hangers, and an iron to keep things simple. Outside is where the property really shines. The yard has several fruit trees and open land, ideal for slow mornings with a cup of coffee or firing up the BBQ for a cookout. The home sits on 1.5 accessible acres within a larger 80-acre working farm, so guests can enjoy the garden and backyard space while staying within the yard's borders. It's a simple, comfortable home built around one thing: giving you space, privacy, and quiet to enjoy a bit of rural Tennessee life. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire home, plus the surrounding yard on the accessible 1.5-acre portion of the property. Free parking is available on the premises. Check-in is from 3:00 PM with flexible arrival timing, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please stay within the yard's borders during your stay — the walking trails and wider 80-acre farm are not included in your access and should not be used. Other things to note A few things worth knowing before you arrive: WiFi is available throughout the home, so it's fine for laptop work if needed. The washer and dryer come with detergent, hangers, and an iron already provided. Room-darkening shades are in the bedrooms for restful sleep. By request, farm fresh eggs are available as well as farm experiences (milking and feeding sheep, collecting eggs, or just petting our sweet farm animals!) You may spot a friendly Siamese cat around the property — she belongs to the neighbors and is well cared for, but please don't let her inside the home. Also, please stay within the yard's borders; the walking trails elsewhere on the wider farm are not part of your stay. No smoking, or events, please. Children and infants are welcome.
