The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: 2x twin over full bunks BATHROOMS: Bathroom 1: Shared bathroom for bedrooms 1 & 2 with a shower Bathroom 2: Hallway bath, connected to bedroom 3 with a shower TVs: Living room: 75” Bedroom 1: 65” Bedroom 2: 32” Bedroom 3: 32” KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with all full sized appliances. SMALL APPLIANCES: Hand mixer, Keurig, 2 slice toaster, blender LAUNDRY: The washing machine and dryer are located in the closet in the living room. An iron and ironing board can be found here as well. INDOOR GAMES: Lots of card games and board games can be found in the cabinet under the tv. INDOOR DINING: Seating for 6 at the dining room table OUTDOOR DINING: Seating for 6 at the table on the enclosed porch OUTDOOR SEATING: Seating for 6 at the table on the enclosed porch Seating for 4-5 on the couch on the enclosed porched Seating for 6 on the back porch Picnic table by the hot tub GRILL: We have a propane grill for you to use and we supply the propane!! HOT TUB: 5 Seater Hot Tub LAKE TOYS: 2x 1 person kayaks LIFE JACKETS: 1x Child (30-50lbs) 1x Youth (50-90lbs) 2x Adult Small/Medium (>90lbs) 2x Adult Large/XL (>90lbs) 1x Men’s XL WALK TO THE DOCK: The walk to the dock is very short and smooth. There are concrete pavers that make the trail. The walk is about 100 feet long. DOCK: We have a double decker dock with a boat slip. There are loungers on the second story for tanning. There is a table and 4 chairs as well as the stand for a hammock. The hammock can be found on the enclosed back porch * The homeowner keeps his boat stored here but it is not for guest use. Please do not mess with the boat. FIRE PIT: Fire pit with 4 chairs to the right of back yard WATER LEVEL: As of May 28, 2026 we have 11 feet of water at the end of our dock. The water level fluctuates greatly on Lake Hartwell but due to how deep the water level is we always have water at the end of our dock. Other things to note CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am. WE SUPPLY: All Linens and towels Starter-hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent.
