If smoke is detected there will be a $750 ozone smoke removal fee charged. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and backyard all to yourself. You will access the house via a smart lock on the front door. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. Must be able to climb stairs to reach front door. We absolutely do not allow smoking inside of our home. If tobacco or marijuana use is discovered, a $750 cleaning/odor remediation fee will be assessed. Please no extra guests. We have spacious house and can accommodate plenty of people. Please do not go over our occupancy limits. Absolutely no parties, glitter, confetti. Extra fees may be assessed for breaking these rules.
