The sofa and recliner are well used with some marks. The space If you are looking for a real nice place, this listing is not for you. This property is unique. There are apartments on the left side of the building. Along with some remodeling being done in the connecting apartment. This property has a yard night light. It also has a shared driveway with neighbors. The house sits close to the road. The road has a lot of traffic (including trucks). There is a RR crossing less than a mile away and you can hear the train at night. You can hear the neighbors little dogs bark. The upstairs railing is not something to lean on, or rest yourself up against. The railing going down the steps is just to help guide your way. No monkeying around allowed. There are 2 steps getting into the house, and a step up to get into the bathroom. There is a Queen bed in the main living area on the main floor. There is a King size bed upstairs in bedroom 1; there is no door on the room, it closes off with black out curtains. Room 2 is also upstairs without a door on it, it contains a full size bed. The property is well monitored by neighbors. You can hear the neighbors dogs bark. There will be window A/C units installed May-Sept. This is a Timber frame inside the house, so use CAUTION ⚠️ there are Timber beam supports ⚠️ that someone taller can hit thier head on if they don't pay attention to details. Guest access You are renting out the right side of the building. Your kitchen window is the first window on the right in the red. You do not have access to any of the apartment areas. Other things to note The main flooring on this house has grooves that fine items can get stuck in, or fall into. You could potentially loose something small and fine. There could be minor stains on bedding (the bedding is cleaned and sanitized), the bedding is being used and we try to keep it pretty nice. None of the windows have blinds on them. They all have curtains except the kitchen one directly above the kitchen sink. Wild Fox Cafe is 3 miles away in Kidron.
