This comfortable Belleville home has everything you need for a memorable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home; the space is yours to enjoy! There is a small fee to use the laundry, which is located in the basement. Feel free to reach out to us if you’d like access to the laundry. In order to receive the entry code for your stay: - Accurately answer the question we ask about our rules. - Rental agreement must be signed. You will not gain entry until those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email. Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward. We may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on the availability of our cleaners. They charge a small fee for this service, but feel free to ask, and we'll check if it's possible. Please note that this service depends on our cleaners' schedule and may not always be available. If you’re bringing a pet, a $60 fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets) per 30-day period is required before you receive the entry code. This fee covers pet stays only and is not related to extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste removal. We kindly ask that guests clean up after their pets, especially in the yard. We do not allow cats. Driveway parking can fit 2 or 3 cars. It is a narrow driveway that may not fit wide vehicles well. One or two spots of street parking are available as well. Be sure not to block other cars or driveways. For your safety, there are cameras located outside at both the front and back of the house. Other things to note Laundry access is available upon request for a small $10 fee per short stay or $10 per month for multi-month stays. Enjoy complete comfort with indoor temperatures easily adjustable between 67 and 73 degrees. We provide an initial supply of essentials.
