Whether you’re winding down after a long day or catching up on your favorite shows, this is the perfect spot to do so. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It features a spacious island with ample countertop space. Appliances include a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. The island also serves as a dining space, with two barstools for seating. For those who need a dedicated workspace, the apartment includes an office equipped with a desk and chair. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed. A closet is available for your belongings, along with a clothes steamer for added convenience. The bathroom is clean and modern, stocked with fresh towels. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use, with starter detergent pods provided. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Guests who fail to adhere to this rule may be asked to leave, and their reservation will be canceled. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Quiet hours: 10pm-8am Only registered guests are allowed. Cleanliness & Maintenance Please keep the space clean and tidy. Take out the trash before checkout. Report any damages or issues immediately. Safety & Security Lock doors and windows when leaving. Do not leave candles or open flames unattended. Before You Leave Turn off lights and AC Close windows and lock doors. Return keys as instructed.
