To help keep them out, please keep doors and windows closed on sunny days and at night when indoor lights are on, as the lights can attract them. ❄️ DRIVEWAY & WINTER SAFETY The driveway is steep. During snow or ice, avoid driving down unless you have 4-wheel drive and good tires. Park at the top of the driveway instead. 🌧️ NATURE & WEATHER Natural events such as power outages or adverse weather conditions (heavy snow, ice) can occur due to our mountainous location. These situations are beyond our control. 🥩 PROPANE GRILL If the propane tank for the grill is empty, it can be refilled at the nearest gas station on Mamakating Road. 🔥 FIREPLACE The indoor fireplace is decorative only and is not operational. 🎥 SECURITY Outdoor cameras are installed at the front and back of the property to ensure safety and protection.
