The Casita is fully furnished and built into the larger House but provides separate entry and complete privacy. Conveniently located near the University of Arizona, numerous activities (golf, hiking, cycling, etc.), shopping, and dining. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Pets of any type are not permitted. Absolutely no smoking of any type permitted in the Casita or on the property. Parties and excessive noise after reasonable hours are not permitted or tolerated. The space Casita provides private complete privacy with a separate entrance. Casita features a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room with a full size sleeper sofa. Guest access The lock code and other instructions (Wi-Fi code, etc.) will be provided in advance of arrival on date of check in. Other things to note The host has managed and hosted vacation rental properties in the NW Tucson and Oro Valley areas since 2020. I purchased this property last summer and made several major updates and decided to lost this property on Airbnb versus VRBO based on the property being a Casita versus full standalone house. I have lots of experience and success hosting.
