Approved requests are billed at a percentage of the nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of $50 per hour. 💡 Utility Policy (Long-Term Stays) For stays of 14 nights or longer, utilities (gas, water, and electricity combined) are capped at $300 per month.
