Bay Ridge Brooklyn Cozy Room The space My home is located in Bay Ridge , a beautiful & safe neighborhood in south west of Brooklyn, steps away from everything. Less than 1 minute walk to R train " Bay Ridge Avenue" Station, which takes you to downtown Manhattan in 30 mins. Easy access to amazing local food, attractions and entertainment. NYC Local Law 18 requires all air bnb’s to be in the same legal unit as the host, legally “shared.” The airbnb isn’t a separate apartment, but is yours exclusively. This shared space is a first floor apartment w/ 3 bedrooms with porch and backyard for outdoor sitting. The guest room has a queen size bed. Share space includes full kitchen, Livingroom, bathroom, porch and backyard. This is also my home so I will be here to greet you and help you checking in when you arrive. If I am not available when you arrive, you will find your key in a lock box. I am out for work most of the time so you will have plenty of privacy. Guest access The apartment is on first Floor with backyard. You will have a set of keys includes key for your room.
