This stand-alone guesthouse is perfect for a single person or a couple with small children who can sleep in the living room sofa bed. The oversized bedroom includes a 36" television. A second monster-sized 65" television hangs in the living room. This home features a full kitchen with 10-foot and 11-foot ceilings throughout. The indoor fireplace has a gas log. The back patio and oversized deck are all available for your use. The owner lives in the nearby house, also attached to the deck. The space This property is close to south Tyler and located in an upscale and beautifully wooded neighborhood just outside of town. You will love this spacious 1105 sq ft guesthouse with 10' and 11' ceilings throughout. A major shopping mall, food stores, and fast food restaurants are all within just a few miles of this secluded neighborhood. The residential streets are safe for walking or joggling. Enjoy the peaceful and serene surroundings where you will never hear city noises to disturb your sleep. Guest access The guesthouse is located at the end of the driveway. Both the main house and guesthouse share the same address. Guests have full access to the entire 1105 sq ft of living space. They do not share this space with anyone else. The attached garage is not available for guest use. Guests have access to the rear private patio deck adjacent to the guest house for sitting and eating. The deck is shared with the owner. The entire 8 acres of wooded area is available for our guests to walk about. Please do not go into outbuildings. Other things to note Our secluded neighborhood does not have any street lights, making our place dark and peaceful at night. We have plenty of temporary outdoor lighting attached to the house eaves. We have not installed any cameras or recording devices inside our guesthouse. Outdoor cameras monitor the outdoor driveway area. The owners are living in the nearby main house.
