Welcome to this cozy and comfortable studio retreat in Clint, perfect for travelers looking for a peaceful, safe, and simple place to stay. The space The studio features a queen bed, a comfortable sofa, and a small dining area, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The open layout keeps the space bright and inviting, with plenty of natural light and modern touches throughout. A small kitchenette is available for preparing simple meals and includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and basic kitchen essentials for your convenience. One of the highlights of the studio is the spacious bathroom, which features a large soaking bathtub and a separate walk-in shower with a modern multi-function control panel for a relaxing and customizable shower experience. The bathroom also includes double sinks and plenty of space, making it feel bright and comfortable. The studio is located in the back corner of the main house and has its own private entrance. To access it, simply walk around the side of the property to Apartment B. Guests may also enjoy the large covered patio area, which includes outdoor seating, a grill, and a basketball court. This area mainly serves guests staying in the main house, but it may be used when it is not occupied. This space is simple, clean, cute, and comfortable, making it a great option for guests visiting the Clint and El Paso area who want a quiet place to relax. Guest access Guests will have full access to Studio B, which has its own private entrance located at the back corner of the main house. Parking is available on the street or inside the gated area, as long as vehicles do not block other cars or access points. Guests may also use the covered back patio area when the main house is not occupied. Please check with me first to confirm availability, especially if you plan to bring a pet. Other things to note For same-day reservations made after 11:00 AM, check-in time may vary from the standard 3:00 PM. Please confirm with me before booking to ensure availability. The studio will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Upon check-out, please leave the space reasonably tidy, including any kitchen items used, to avoid additional cleaning fees. For stays longer than 30 days, an additional $100 monthly cleaning fee will apply starting on day 30.
