This unique one-bedroom stay features rustic charm, a queen bed upstairs , twin size pull-out couch in living room, and modern comforts, making it the perfect home base for short drives to local restaurants, outdoor adventures, Snowtrails (12 miles) Pleasant Hill Lake (3 miles) Central to River activities and nearby Shawshank Redemption filming locations. The space Very simple rustic stay, large yard for activities with fire pit, covered front porch with propane grill and outdoor furniture, small back patio. FYI-OPEN FLOOR PLAN UPSTAIRS INCLUDING BATHROOM AREA is OPEN to BEDROOM AREA. Hot Tub on property. Guest access Whole house is accessible. Garage and outbuildings are not. Yard and where fire pit is usable. Other things to note Will allow 6 guests if over 3, with pre approval, but guests will have to bring own towels, bedding, air mattress etc. Smoking permitted outside. The host lives nearby on the same block but respects guest privacy at all times.
