Converted beauty and holistic Salon

Our cool and comfortable two bed apartment has a truly rustic vibe, formally a beauty and holistic salon, it was newly converted into a cottage like apartment in 2017. located in a beautifully scenic part of the countryside of ballyheigue. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with fresh white linen.A modern kitchen leading onto a large decking area offers breathtaking views of Ballyheigue Bay. Situated on the wild Atlantic (named in the the top 50 road trips in the world ) a must see The space The cupboard is stocked with essentials so please help yourself, there will be a choice of 4 cereals,Tea, coffee hot chocolate,sugar, milk, butter and jam.Cooking oils, salt, pepper and other herbs and spices provided, if you need something and I have it you are very welcome to it from my own kitchen. This space has a very relaxing and chilled vibe , it's almost impossible not to feel at home here, the heating will be on a couple of hours before my guests arrive. Our rooms are cosy but with lovely light in the mornings (black out blinds are also fitted to accommodate a lie in ). There is a sink in each room for old fashioned convenience. NB; Please note , as this building was once a holistic salon the shower is located in one of the bedrooms, the toilet is obviously is a separate and private bathroom. Everything that you need to rustle up some food in is the kitchen with a two ring Hob, three tiered electric steamer, microwave and large George Foreman grill and a new counter top Oven.There is even a retro hand juicer for fresh orange juice in the morning. There is space for two at the counter and another four in our new dining area in the lounge area, in the summer a table and four chairs are on the decking. The sitting room area has a flat screen Tv with plenty of channels to choose from ,wifi and a music system which pipes music to each room. There are also some books , if you fancy a read !!! All towels supplied , shampoo and conditioner , hand wash at each basin also supplied. Guest access Plenty of parking and a lovely safe area to visit. Car is most definitely required. Other things to note Besides the scenic attractions, Ballyheigue is a bustling village with a number of supermarket type shops, a couple of butchers and a post office. There are also a few hairdressing salons, one in particular Colette's is such a cool and friendly salon and Colette and Vanessa are brilliant Hairdressers. There is also a large pharmacy supplying a great range of sun factors etc and a doctors practice. Pubs/Food: Ballyheigue is also home to 5 pubs each offering differing style of entertainment and hospitality. The White Sands also serves bar food and has a full service restaurant during the Summer months whilst Tides Cafe has a full menu selection all year round. Two Fish and Chip shops also offer take away food throughout the year and also a chipper in Costcutters offers fabulous food and the East End Chinese Restaurant is located next to Kirbys Bar. Many of the local shops also have hot food counters and will make up sandwiches to order.
