Humberston Fitties Fiddly Dee Dog Friendly Chalet

Humberston Fitties is a quiet and unique conservation site offering the chance to get away from it all. Fiddly Dee is a 'non party/events' holiday home as we welcome families and pets to enjoy the superb beaches, coastal walks and the adjacent RSPB nature reserve. The Fitties beach is dog friendly all year (there are restrictions in place on Cleethorpes beach) The coastline offers excellent opportunities for the more adventurous to enjoy Paddleboarding, Kite Surfing and other water sports. The space Having fallen in love with the 'Humberston Fitties,' we purchased this property in 2016 as our family holiday home and undertook a renovation and refurbishment program to bring the property fully up to date with all modern facilities. The property has been fully re-wired and we installed a new energy efficient electric heating and hot water system. Since then we have added a large rear Living/Dining Room with doors opening to the rear garden. The site itself was made a conservation area in 1996 and consists of over 300 individual and quirky chalets. Access to the beach is just around the corner, to the side of the Yacht Club and therefore the location of Fiddly Dee Chalet is ideal for family beach holidays. The Fitties is located in Humberston, to the south of Cleethorpes and is away from the general hustle and bustle of the main holiday resort. It is very popular with walkers & dog owners. The adjacent Tetney Marshes are a site of special scientific interest and is protected under UK & EU legislation. It has been managed by the RSPB since 1997. There are wonderful views from the sand dunes of boats and ships navigating the Humber Estuary and it has become increasingly popular with water sport enthusiasts. Guest access The whole of this detached holiday home is available to guests. Off road parking to the front garden for several cars. The large rear garden is very private and securely fenced.
