We do share a common wall between us just like a regular apartment would. The unit itself has a BIG T.V in it because when we(our family) is not hosting this unit as airbnb, we are using the unit it as our entertainment room. However, your backyard is shared so don't be surprised if you see one of us as that's how we get to our storage on the side of the house. We only need to go through the fence if we need access. We work early at 5 a.m everyday. *** our house is at a corner lot, there are plenty of parking spot along the street next to the house. Please do not park in our driveway by the garage or the back alley drive way. Please use parking along the street
