Podhorní chalupa

The newly built cottage (2018) with two separate apartments is located in the quiet recreational area of Milhostov near Mariánské Lázně. The place is attractive with its convenient location near Mariánské Lázně (5km) and is an ideal starting point for sightseeing, hiking, cycling, golf, cross-country and downhill skiing and other sports. The area is registered in UNESCO - Great Spas of Europe. The space Podhorní chalupa is a harmonious place for regeneration, a place with plenty of space for privacy, but also for shared moments with family or friends. Two separate, comfortably equipped apartments /2 x 85 m2/ with a common hallway, an outdoor covered terrace and a fenced garden are available all year round. In the garden there is a summer (unheated, open from June to September) swimming pool and a Finnish sauna (the sauna fee is not included in the price of accommodation and is paid according to the energy consumed at the end of the stay). As the property is located in a very peaceful, recreational area, it is not intended for celebrations, quiet hours are required between 10 pm - 6 am. It is necessary to use slippers in the cottage.
