The building 18 m long and 8 m wide renovated in an architectural style that is both modern and sleek . Light, natural materials , wood, polished concrete are the hallmarks of your living space . The pool of 14.5 x 5 is embellished with a large terrace , both polished concrete . The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs . The living space on the ground floor : large room of 90 m2 with living room, large fireplace and fully equipped kitchen in a row (oven , microwave , coffee maker , refrigerator ) The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and a second fridge. Household linen is included in the price but the swimming pool towel. The price for the pool towel is 20€ per pers. The outdoor terrace of 75 m2 partly covered is ideal for meals at the shelter from the sun.
