Pool is free to use of course unless you would like it heated. Pool and jacuzzi prices TO HEAT are below. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this charming condo provides everything you need to feel at home while enjoying the best of the Kemah coastal lifestyle. Guest access Unit B is on right hand side. Use of the pool and jacuzzi is available to you with your rental. If you’d like the pool or jacuzzi heated this must be arranged prior to booking. Heating fee structure listed below in “other details to note.” Other things to note Early Check-In: Early check-in is complimentary if the home is ready earlier on the day of arrival. If you would like to guarantee early check-in, we offer it for an additional fee when available. Please message us in advance to arrange. Early Check-In Fees: • $25 – up to 1 hour early • $50 – up to 2 hours early • $75 – 3+ hours early (subject to availability) ____________________________________ Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee, which will be included in your reservation total. The fee is $50 per pet to cover additional cleaning required for pet hair and related upkeep. Pets must be approved in advance and may not be left unattended in the home unless kenneled. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any damage caused during their stay. ____________________________________ Enjoy complimentary access to the pool and jacuzzi during your stay. Heating is optional and available for an additional fee. (Optional Add-On) ____________________________________ Pool Heat $75 per day (2-day minimum) The pool requires approximately 8–10 hours to reach temperature depending time of year. Please note that the pool heater is not designed to run continuously throughout the day. Once the water reaches a comfortable temperature range of 78°F–82°F, the heater will automatically shut off to maintain efficiency and prevent overheating. ____________________________________ Jacuzzi Heat (Spa Only) $30 per day and up to 2 hours. Please allow approximately 1 hour for the spa to heat. Please message host for a specific time to turn on and please give us time to reply. Jacuzzi heating is activated in scheduled 1-hour windows per request to ensure optimal temperature and energy efficiency. Heating is turned off after the scheduled window. There is a 2 hour max use per day. ____________________________________ Pool + Jacuzzi Heating Package — Best Value $90 per day (2-day minimum applies) This package provides heating for both the pool and jacuzzi at a discounted bundled rate compared to purchasing separately. The pool heater will shut off once it reaches the standard comfort range of 78°F–82°F, and jacuzzi heating is activated in scheduled 2-hour windows per request and can be broken up into 2 separate sessions. ____________________________________ Heating Activation Policy • Guests must notify the host via the Airbnb app prior to heating activation. • Heating is scheduled and not continuous throughout the day. • All heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Jacuzzi Safety & Usage Guidelines Please review before using the jacuzzi. Use is at your own risk. ____________________________________ Health & Safety • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. • Pregnant women and guests with heart conditions, diabetes, or blood pressure issues should consult a doctor before use. • Avoid using the jacuzzi if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that causes drowsiness. • Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time. For a healthy adult, the recommended time to stay in a jacuzzi or hot tub is 15 to 30 minutes to avoid overheating • Water temperature should not exceed 104°F (40°C). ____________________________________ Proper Use • Always shower before entering to remove lotions or oils. • Do not add soaps, bubbles, or oils — they can damage the system. • Enter and exit slowly to prevent slipping. • Keep hair, clothing, and jewelry away from jets and drains. ____________________________________ Cleanliness & Maintenance • The jacuzzi is professionally maintained — report any issues immediately. • Misuse resulting in damage or excessive cleaning will incur additional fees. • Use is not permitted after 10:00PM out of respect for neighbors. ____________________________________ By using the jacuzzi, you accept full responsibility for your safety and agree to comply with all property rules.
