Minimum 30 day rental with lease. Plenty of space inside and out. Enjoy the sunsets at this property on Mogadore Reservoir which has a nice service road for hiking, running, and of course, fishing. Plenty of room in the 3 bedroom house, upstairs and a nice family room/rec room downstairs with a 65" TV, pool table and the spacious exercise area equipped with a Rep Ares 2.0 weight machine and bench. There is also a laundry and half bath downstairs. The space As you can see from the pictures, this property is adjacent to the lake. Please note it is a vibrant ecosystem. There is an abundance of wildlife including deer, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, possum, resident ground hogs, rabbits, turtles (sometimes big ones travel through the yard during nesting season), ducks, geese, swans, and I have even seen a visiting bald eagle. Leave the critters alone and they will leave you alone. Be cautious walking in the yard or woods. Expect mosquitoes and ticks and prepare accordingly. We are seeing more ticks every year. Also, be on the lookout for poison ivy as it is all over around the lake. I check my property and spray for poison ivy, but it is thick by the lake.
