For those working remotely or while traveling, a dedicated desk and chair sit perfectly positioned in front of the windows. The smart Roku TV comes with YouTubeTV and supports all your favorite streaming apps. KITCHEN & DINING The brand-new, full kitchen combines classic details with modern convenience. Brew your favorite cup with a Keurig, Nespresso, drip coffee maker, espresso machine, or electric kettle. Whether you’re making breakfast or dining in, the table comfortably seats six and serves as an ideal place to gather or play games. BEDROOMS Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights, featuring queen beds with high-end, supportive mattresses, soft linens, and blackout curtains. Each room includes a Roku TV, and a closet with shelves, hangers, and luggage racks to keep your belongings organized. BATHROOM The newly renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with both rain and handheld shower heads. The large countertop and lighted, built-in vanity behind the door make getting ready easy. A ceiling fan heater keeps it extra warm on cool mornings. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion for your convenience. STAIRCASES The main entrance in the back has an enclosed stairwell with small landings and tight turns—see photos. The front entrance offers a wider, straight staircase. Neither set of stairs may be ideal for guests with mobility challenges or those who find narrow stairwells difficult. NOISE The building is over 100-years-old with original windows, and full soundproofing wasn’t possible. You may hear street noise, as well as footsteps or voices from the shared stairwell or other apartments. Air purifiers in the bedrooms and living room double as white noise machines for a restful stay. Guest access Full access to the private apartment with entry through a shared stairwell. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the front porch. Other things to note Weekend stays require both Friday and Saturday nights. If Saturday is already booked, Friday night may be available with a two-night minimum — please message us.
