Listen for the clickity clop of the horses as the buggies pass by and enjoy the convenience of one floor living with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level. Be entertained by playing pool and board games in the completely redone family room downstairs. Wake up in the morning and brew yourself a delicious cup of coffee from the coffee bar & make your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The space There are 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms on the main level, a Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dining Room & Living Room. In the Finished Basement there is a Cozy Family Room, Game Room complete with a Pool Table, another Bedroom and a Laundry Room. There is a Huge Patio out the Dining Room/Kitchen area where there is plenty of room for eating outside or just relaxing and enjoying the view. Guest access You will have full use of the entire house and yard except for the pole barn. The pole barn has a driveway down to it that we just ask that you do not block so that when the owner would need to occasionally access anything from it, they are able to do so.
