This is a great place to unwind with plenty of room for fun, board games and outdoor entertainment. The space Welcome to your home away from home. This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath private residence is located on a quiet, 7 acre tract. We live in the neighboring house that is connected via paver patio. Don't worry, we won't bother you but are available for any special needs or requests. The home comfortably sleeps up to four guests (1 king sleep number and 2 rollaway beds) and is well suited for small families. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to relax, along with games available for children and adults to enjoy during your stay. Outdoor living is a highlight of this home. Guests can enjoy a large paver patio with large salt water pool and TV—perfect for relaxing or unwinding. Gas grill and firepit are available. Pool is open year round but is not heated. Be aware the temp may not be tolerable from Halloween to Easter. Parking is available on site. Full size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen that is equipped with full size appliances. The location makes this home ideal for both short stays and extended visits. You are just minutes from South Georgia Motorsports Park and Wild Adventures Theme Park, making it a great option for event weekends, family outings, or a convenient overnight stop. Hahira also hosts community events almost monthly, offering a welcoming small-town experience throughout the year. Security Devices & Privacy Disclosure: This is a privately owned home, not a hotel. For the safety and protection of our guests and the property, there are three exterior security cameras installed on the property. Two cameras are located on the front of the house, and one is located at the end of the pool. These cameras monitor exterior entry points only and the pool. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home, and no cameras monitor any private or interior areas. Guest access Guest will have full access to the home, patio, fenced back yard, and residential pool. Entry is through the front door with a secure keypad, making check in easy and convenient. Other things to note No smoking inside the house. This home is located in South Georgia, where summer temperatures can be intense. During periods of extreme heat, the air conditioning is designed to cool the home to a comfortable and safe range, but it may not reach very low temperatures. For example, if outdoor temperatures are around 100°F, the indoor temperature may not cool into the 60s. This is normal for the region and HVAC systems in high-heat conditions. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to plan accordingly. The residential pool is open year round (sometimes warmer than others). There is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. Please note that the pool is serviced by a third party. We will do our best to alter cleaning schedule to avoid conflicts with your stay. We are currently not accepting pets due to the fact we have our own pets housed nearby. We will make sure our pets do not interfere with your stay. A $150 charge will be enforced for violations.
