Waterdown: River & Sea Views from Beach House

Lovely large and spacious family holiday home in an ideal location for access to the beach and Kariega river. This is the perfect place to spend some quality time with family and friends. Kenton is a beautiful village with pristine beaches. The space This is a lovely cool family home that encourages guest interaction as it is so open plan. the outside deck is lovely for lazing in the sun or having some drinks. The Kitchen, Dining area and lounge are all in one open plan space. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is not listed in the pictures it is an en-suite twin room making the house have 1 room which has a double en-suite and 2 rooms, one being a twin and the other with four single beds which both share the same bathroom. The covered Patio has a built in Braai/BBQ and a long dining table for outdoor eating or playing board games or anything you like. This Patio then connects to the walkway to the deck which has a large umbrella and 2 sun loungers. There are lots of board games in the house and the TV has access to DSTV if you bring along your DSTV card. Guest access You may access and use all parts of the property. The Garage is rather full so best to just park in the locked parking area in front of the house. There is also an outside area where you will find the washing machine and a clothes line, these are both behind closed doors however you should find keys in the house to access these facilities. Other things to note 1. When spending evenings out on the deck, please try to keep the noise down as the location of the deck means that noise travels very easily down along the river so may bother neighbours. 2. There is also a domestic worker on hand who will be able to come to clean the house daily if you would like to have that option. 3. The area is perfectly safe during the day and night but please do ensure that washing and other things of value are not left lying outside during the night to ensure that you don't have any bad experiences. Please also do lock the house and close all windows when you are not in the house.
