Please note: There is a separate, locked-off apartment on the property. The apartment has no access to the main house. The only shared space is the outdoor garden areas. Bear activity typically begins mid to late July depending on weather and food availability in the mountains, but sightings can happen unexpectedly. Please do not leave food, coolers, or scented items in your vehicle. 🦟 Crestone experiences a heavy mosquito season from June through July, so we highly recommend bringing bug spray and keeping doors closed whenever possible. 🔇 Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. While the area feels remote and peaceful, sound travels easily, so please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community.
