Tranquil get-away surrounded by nature on 9 wooded & meadow acres wrapping the lakeshore yet only minutes from town. Swimming, boating, fishing & biking in summer! Private lake with clear water & sandy shore. Biking, UTV/ATV trails nearby. 90 minutes from Twin Cities & 40 minutes from Duluth. Selection of small boats available to guests: kayaks, canoe & more. Large kitchen & dining room for family meals, plus 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living, dining, sunroom & a game room downstairs. The space Three bedrooms. Two large bathrooms (1 with a shower/tub combo, another with a shower). Living room, kitchen and dining room are open to each other and offer large windows viewing lake and meadow. Sliding door off the dining room onto large deck with grills, table for eating and chase lounge chairs. Kitchen remodeled in 2025 with large island, cabinets, dishwasher, cook top, oven, microwave and appointed with dishes and kitchenware for meal preparation. Dining room table seats up to 8. The bedrooms are located off the living room and near the bathrooms. All living is on one level, except the 3 season porch which is 2 steps down from the kitchen. Stairs to basemen lead to large game room, laundry or a shelter in severe weather. Three season porch has indoor and outdoor games and an apple picker for the orchard. Kayaks, canoe, and other boats located at dock. Paddles nearby in storage bin. Life vests in bedroom closet. All activities are available seasonally (apples in the fall, dock removed mid-October, etc). Ping-pong, air hockey and foosball in game room! Guest access Accessibly by keypad.
