The space This private lock-off unit is located on the lower level of our family home and has its own separate entrance for your privacy and convenience. The space is ideal for one to two guests and features: -Bedroom with a king size bed -Comfortable living room -Smart TV -Dining space -Full Kitchen -Private bathroom -Private washer & dryer -Parking space Enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding in Breckenridge during the winter, and hiking, biking, and exploring high-alpine trails in the summer. Alma itself offers charming local spots, beautiful views in every direction, and small-town mountain character you won’t find anywhere else. Guest access Guests have full access to the private lock-off unit and are welcome to enjoy the exterior property grounds. Plenty of parking anywhere on the left side of the house. Avoid parking along roadway if snow is expected, due to snowplows needing to get by. The bus stop is just a short walk away, making it easy to access Breckenridge and surrounding areas without driving. Other things to note This is a private lock-off within a family home. We live upstairs. While we do our best to be mindful, you may occasionally hear footsteps or the sounds of daily family life during the day. Evenings and quiet hours are respected.
