Palisade Canyon Retreat

Your whole family will enjoy a peaceful stay at our Nordic-inspired retreat in the heart of Sanpete County (Utah's Scandinavian country). Moments away from kayaking the lake and playing the golf course at Palisade State Park, minutes from mountain bike trails and the historic pioneer Manti Temple, a short drive from boating at Gunnison Reservoir and Yuba State Park, or hike, hunt and fish in the Manti La-Sal National Forest. Finish the day back at home base watching the sunset from the balcony. The space The cabin consists of three stories. You enter the cabin on the bottom floor, where you'll find cubbies for shoes and hooks to hang jackets. Also on this floor is a theater and game room, two bunk rooms, and a bathroom between them. Take the stairs up to the main level, which opens to a large great room with large picture windows, couches and a cozy fireplace. Two dining tables and countertop barstools provide plenty of seating, and connect to an open kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Close by is a shared half bathroom and a laundry room. down the hall are two bedrooms with queen beds and separate en-suite bathrooms. This level also walks out onto a secluded deck in the back. Going up the final set of stairs leads to a loft with a comfy reading nook, access to the wraparound balcony, and a large bedroom with a queen mattress and en-suite bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including 6 acres running up the hillside behind the cabin. Though access to the garage is restricted because it used only for storage. A key will be provided to open the front door. Other things to note Guests may use the kayaks located in the storage area underneath the deck. But any damage to the kayaks may result in additional fees, and the host is not liable for any accidents or injuries to guests while using the kayaks.
