Rossiner Wiesen - Escape to the countryside

Please note additional fees under house rules! Countryside retreat Rossin is a small village in Western Pomerania 5 km off the B109. The nearest major town with shopping is Ducherow. The town of Anklam is 19 km away, Ückermünde 25 km. The property of the guest house borders in the north on the low-traffic village road - a listed cobblestone road over a hundred years old - and in the south on meadows and pastures with the nature reserve "Rossiner Wiese." The space Please note additional fees under house rules! This apartment is the smaller of the two apartments in the guest house and is 65 m². In addition to a wardrobe and hallway, it has a spacious living room (with a sofa bed 1.40 x 1.90 m), a bedroom with two beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m), a bathroom and a kitchen. All rooms are accessible without steps. In front of the living room, there is a small paved seating area (without roofing) in the front yard next to the house entrance. Guest access In the house there are two separate apartments. Guests share the driveway to the courtyard, parking, access to the house and hallway. Outside seating areas are assigned separately to the respective apartments. Other things to note In the village, there are no pubs or restaurants, shopping can be done in the large supermarket 5 km further east (Ducherow). 300 m to the west, at the end of the village, the cobblestone road becomes a dirt road, which is not recommended for cars. But you can wonderfully march on it and enjoy the seclusion... WiFi is available. Some mobile networks are weak in Rossin.
