Outdoor games, fireplace, firepit. Lots to experience a magical & unforgettable time! Only $50 per guest per night after 16 guests. Please no free access or open invites. The space Comfortable, relaxing & spacious rustic mountain home with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the main house with an extra outdoor bunkhouse with a fun dog theme tiny house with an enclosed play area. Beautiful emerald pool with a waterfall & an extra large hot tub with lots of seating areas. Propane barbecue griller, min fridge, wet bar, 86" TV, foosball, ping ball, arcade game and lots more! Guest access Door access code will be provided after providing a valid ID and phone number. Please feel free to park in front of the garage and on the right side of the driveway only, diagonally and close together up to 16 cars. Do not block the separate RV and carport areas to the left of the entrance. Please no open invites or visitors without paying access fee and pre-approval from host. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused. ✔️ Pets to be in the “Fun House” area that has a fenced doggie playground. Not allowed in the pool, grass, or inside the house. Service animals are welcome inside the house only beside the “Fun House” area. ✔️ No smoking within the property’s premises. ✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. ✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. ✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances. ✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. ✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing or septic issues. ✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions. ✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval and extra fees. ✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges. ✔️ Photo ID, and Security & valid phone number will be required upon check-in. ✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated. ✔️ No open invite, unpaid guests, unpaid pets, unauthorized events, load parties, or exchanging guests during your stay. The AC is set at 72 & heater at 68, but please let us know if you need us to adjust it so we can do it remotely for your comfort. ✔️ Please turn off all outdoor lights and the TV at bedtime. The string lights are connected to the remote inside the kitchen against the wall. Use the remote to turn them on and off before bedtime. ✔️ Leave all bedding on the beds (do not strip). ✔️ Turn off all outdoor lights at bedtime at the pavilion &TV. ✔️ Turn off all indoor lights and lamps at when checking out. ✔️ Keep doors and windows closed while the AC or heater is on. ✔️ Ensure barbecue propane gas is turned off. The barbecue griller must be scrubbed clean before leaving. ✔️ Consider bringing your own extra towels as needed, and a fresh one during your stay. ✔️ EV CHARGING IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY. A DAILY FEE OF $200 PER VEHICLE WILL APPLY IF VEHICLES ARE CHARGED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. PARKING: ✔️ Park vehicles only on the right side of the driveway and in front of the garage. ✔️ No parking in the private RV area at the front left side of the home at any time to respect RV guests’ privacy. ✔️ At your arrival, have everyone park only to the right side of the driveway, closely together and “diagonally” and in front of the garage door. The front RV parking area to the left behind the privacy fence is not available for parking and is exclusively for RV guests and the property manager. Wi-Fi: ✔️ DO NOT RESET THE ROUTER OR THE SIGNAL WILL BE LOST. Only the service provider can restart it during business hours. Contact us if you have any questions or issues. ✔️ Connect to Wi-Fi calling for a better signal. ✔️ All cellphone companies have some dead spots in the mountain and forest areas. ✔️ The signal strength of the internet in the mountains is limited. Please use one device per person (ex: a cellphone). CAMERA DISCLOSURES: ✔️ Standard hotel security practices are followed in this property. No cameras inside the house, only outside. ✔️ For your security and ours and for headcount, there are 6 outdoor security cameras, 4 in front of the house and 4 in the backyard near the pool for security and insurance purposes. Use the doorbell to communicate live with hosts for any emergencies if unable to get inside the property. Use the black doorbell to ring your group's guests inside. ✔️ Three security cameras in the front and three in the backyard are actively recording audio and video when motion is triggered. ✔️ To avoid neighbor disturbance, there’s an active noise sensor installed in the house that measures noise levels and occupancy count only (no active voice or video recording is located inside). HOUSE DOOR ACCESS: ✔️ The Door Code should only be shared with registered guests. ✔️ Please make sure the front door is completely shut when leaving or coming inside, so the smart lock can lock itself, or it will remain in error mode. ✔️ Keep all gates closed to keep wildlife away. ✔️ No in-and-out visitors, open-invite privileges, or animals allowed for insurance purposes. HOUSE INFORMATION: ✔️ The indoor fireplace, Roku, TV, and DVD player remote controls are located in the chest box on top of the drawer. ✔️ The outdoor TV and sound remote controls are in the chest box underneath the outdoor TV. ✔️ Keep all doors and windows closed when running the A/C or Heater, in addition to avoiding extra dust from coming inside. ✔️ Please only use septic-friendly toilet paper and do not flush anything other than toilet paper inside toilets. ✔️ The 3 janitor’s locked closets should not be open at any time to avoid triggering the security sensors. ✔️ First Aid kits are available inside the first kitchen cabinet drawer and at the outdoor wet bar. ✔️ Microwave is also a convection oven and works faster for small and medium baked dishes. ✔️ Table games are located inside the TV drawer in the living room. ✔️ Extra sleeping pads for bed chairs are located in the hallway closet. Put them back when done using. ✔️ No unlisted day visitors or guests allowed without prior consent or access fee payment. BUNK HOUSE: ✔️ Use the remote control for the ceiling fan in the bunk house and put it back inside the box after using. ✔️ Top bunk beds have a weight limit of 250 pounds. KITCHEN: ✔️ A Fire Blanket is on the wall. Pull it down to use in case of a stove fire. ✔️ Vent Fan on the Microwave oven to be turned on when cooking on the stove to avoid triggering smoke detectors in the kitchen area. ✔️ Run dishwasher only when full. ✔️ Place dirty dishes in dishwasher (do not run it at checkout) and big pots and pans hand-washed and put away. TRASH: ✔️ Trash is picked up every Monday morning by management at 5am, so please take out trash by Sunday night, when applicable to your stay. ✔️ Remove all trash from the backyard, bathrooms, and kitchen → place in the bin outside on the front porch. POOL & HOT TUB: ✔️ Pool service is quietly and quickly done every Tuesday morning and Thursday evening. ✔️ Other service providers will be scheduled, and we will kindly let you know in advance. ✔️ No diving in the pool and no jumping from or sitting on the waterfall rocks at any time to avoid accidents. ✔️ NO GLASS in pool area or hot tub at ANY TIME. ✔️ Add the provided 2 scoops of shock powder to the hot tub after using it each night to keep it clean for your enjoyment. ✔️ Pool is available for use 24 hours, be mindful of the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Take the party inside. ✔️ Kindly take out glass lighted spherical chlorine dispensers and set them on the ground when swimming (put all back at night time when done). ✔️ Adhere to the pool rules signs at all times and do not operate any pool or waterfall equipment at any time. ✔️ Do not use the hot tub or pool while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs for your own safety. FIREPLACES: ✔️ There’s a pile of firewood covered with a brown tarp in front of the main front door. That’s free for grabs for the fireplace. The decorative firewood along the parking privacy fence is not for use. Please make sure to put out the fire completely before bedtime during your stay. The fire risk is a crucial consideration in this area; therefore, please exercise extra caution when using the fireplace. ✔️ Firewood for the outdoor fireplace is free to grab, when available, from the stack by the fireplace or from the pile in front of the house by the privacy fence. Do not take firewood from the parking wall. ✔️ Indoor fireplace is electric and controlled by a remote located in the chest box by the TV. ✔️ Please make sure to handle the outdoor fireplace with extra caution during fire season. ✔️ Please use the outdoor fireplace with extra care, as our home is located in a fire risk zone. For everyone’s safety, do not remove burning or smoldering logs from the fireplace, and ensure the fire is completely extinguished after each use. BACKYARD: ✔️ No walking on bark areas or over any plants to avoid destroying the landscape and lighting. ✔️ Drinking is allowed, but avoid intoxication that will disturb neighbors or cause undesirable incidents resulting in a police visit. ✔️ No smoking inside or outside within the property perimeters. Smoking on the street side is allowed with caution due to fire risks. ✔️ No illegal or recreational drugs at any time inside or within the property perimeters, especially when swimming or hot-tubbing. ✔️ Be cautious of the unexpected animal droppings that may be found in the outer yard. Run away. ✔️ Keep all gates surrounding the fenced areas fully shut at all times for safety. DOG THEME HOUSE (Fun House): ✔️The Fun House has 2 single beds, and your service animals are welcome to sleep there, butthis space has no light switches, only an A/ C and heater unit, and a floor lamp. Use the multiple outlet strip to connect electronic devices. ✔️ Registered service dogs are allowed only in this Fun House area, but not inside the house nor n the pool area. Special accommodations available for registered certified service animals upon request. PET & ALLERGENS DISCLOSURES: ✔️ This house is NOT allergy or Pet-free To abide with specific Federal and California Laws that protect the handicapped guests can bring their “registered and certified animals” inside the house. We have special blankets only for service animals stored in the fun house, especially allocated for animal use. Due to the nature of this California Service Animal Law, we cannot deny the entrance of these animals, and some dog hair can still hide in hard-to-reach/hard-to-see places or even inside the A/C vents and may appear in small amounts throughout the house occasionally, even after the deep cleaning services are done. Please read all the disclosures on our Airbnb listing about this issue. We are not responsible for allergic reactions due to this. In this forest neighborhood, expect dust, pine needles, and dry leaves.
