A Note About Our Feathered Friends Cheerful parakeets & Cockatiel live in a secure cage in the main living area. They are cared for exclusively by our cleaning team and should not be handled or fed. Their gentle presence adds a unique, charming touch without requiring any guest involvement. Guest access The only area off-limits is the garage, which is used for owner storage and will remain locked during your stay. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note ✨ Early Check-In: Early check-in may be available upon request for a $60 USD fee, depending on cleaning schedule and availability. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fee. 🐾 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. If a pet is brought without prior approval, a $750 fine per pet will be applied, and the nightly pet fee will be added retroactively for the entire stay. There is a pet fee applied per night and per day at this property Please be sure to add your pet to the reservation. ✅ Guest Policy: All guests staying at the property must be included in the reservation.
