We are offering a brand new in 2026 spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment that sleeps 6 in a peaceful secluded setting located on a private estate on a private road. This fully furnished apartment boasts all newer amenities, 2 queen beds and one queen pull-out sofa bed. Plenty of daylight from large windows and skylights, and 10 foot ceilings throughout. Only a 10 minute drive from beautiful Foster Lake and the Santiam River. Tons of recreation only minutes away. The space This is a spacious apartment with 10 foot ceilings and large windows. 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms with queen beds and closets. The bathroom connects to the master bedroom and the common area. All rooms have door locks and are insulated for individual climate control and sound dampening. Guest access Parking is on the west side of the residence in the gravel driveway. We allow 2 vehicles and one trailered recreational item (boat, wave runners) not to exceed 20 feet long. No RV’s or travel trailers. The apartment is separate from the main residence. The entrance to the apartment is located in the gangway between the main house and the 2nd building. The guest boundary allows access to everything south of the cobblestone walkway that continues east from the main apartment entrance. Other things to note Security is keyless and you will be provided with a code for the door prior to arrival. The apartment is outfitted with a smart tv with Bose smart sound. There is a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of coffee and other hot drinks included.
