Christmas Camper-private space near Pictured Rocks

Pictured Rocks Family Rentals welcomes you to Christmas Camper! One bedroom 5th wheel 30' camper at a semi-private campsite with fire pit, small picnic table and charcoal grill. We are conveniently located less than 5 miles west of Munising and right off M-28. You’ll love the peacefulness and tranquility this space offers. We added internet so you can keep in contact with the outside world while you're here. Enjoy the fun of camping without all the hassle, just bring your food and clothing! The space This is a 30’ 5th wheel camper, has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a futon in the living area that folds down into a twin bed. The bedding for the futon is in the drawer below it. There is now water hookup at our camper, I will warn you that the hot water tank is very small, so you will want to take quick showers. Our camper has a small refrigerator and freezer, and a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals in. We offer central heating and air conditioning to help make your stay comfortable regardless of the varying UP weather. There is a garbage can located at the back of the camper. Please dispose of trash there and make sure lid is on tight so animals can not get into it. We will allow one dog, with preapproval, and a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs. There will be a $35 non refundable pet fee if the dog is approved. * No parties or unauthorized guests (people not staying in the camper) without prior approval. * No smoking in the camper, smoking is allowed outside. Please dispose of butts properly. * Signed rental agreement and security deposit hold required for all reservations. Primary guest will need to send a picture of government issued ID and list names and ages of all other guests in their group Guest access Guests have access to the whole camper and the fire pit/picnic area outside. They do not have access to the campsite on the right of it or their fire pit and picnic table or to the storage units onsite. Other things to note Our camper includes a charcoal grill, fire pit with 3 chairs around it, and a small picnic table. The bedroom has a queen bed as well as a TV with Roku. Our camper also has central heating and air conditioning. There is a shower, but the hot water tank is very small, so you'll want to take quick showers. Fortunately, since it is small, it doesn't take too long to warm back up. Our little campground has this camper and then a spot next to it with full hook up so you may have a neighbor next to you during your stay. If you have friends wanting to camp with you that have their own camper to bring, the campsite next to our camper is only $35 a night (if available). We are located next to Pictured Rocks RV Park & Campground and the camper and campsite are on our Christmas Storage Units property. There is one home near it, it is up the little hill and you all share the storage unit driveway off of Carr Lake Drive, so please don't block the driveway.
