The Cottage is a homey and comfortable tiny home. One general room serves as kitchen, living room and main bedroom. It has A/C and heating along with a 45" TV that can be viewed from either the downstairs couch or the bed in the loft. You'll have full access to modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and a peaceful atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Whether you're here Welcome to The Cottage in Rivrside, Utah! We offer the best value available for your adventures in Northern Utah! SLEEPING Arrangements: The couch folds out into a double bed. This is the main bed and should be used if you are 1 person or a couple. **IF NEEDED** A second bed (queen) is available in the loft. You do have to climb a ladder to get to it, so we do not recommend it for anyone that isn't completely mobile. We have added a wonderful ladder and railing for safety, but if you are only using one bed you will want to use the bed on the main level. KITCHEN Hungry? There is a well stocked kitchen- refrigerator, microwave, microwavable bowls (since there is NOT a stove) crockpot, coffee pot, sink, dishes & eating utensils, electric can opener & kitchen utensils, and microwave bowls. However, if you don't want to cook, the best food in the country is .5 mile up the road (North)! We go there every time we're in the vicinity! BATHROOM: Toilet, shower and amenities. Your stay at The Cottage will be basic, but comfortable. Get ready for beauty scenery and a warm, comfortable stay. In the area for work? We have hosted several guests for mid- or long-term stays.
