Please note the home is located near the town’s train tracks. You may occasionally hear passing trains during your stay. The space Landscaping Update Notice (July 11–19) We’re excited to be making some landscaping improvements to the property! If your stay falls between July 11–19, please be aware that we (the owners) may be working outside during daytime hours. You may occasionally hear landscaping equipment or see us working in the yard as we complete these updates. The interior of the home and all guest amenities will remain unaffected. We simply want to be completely transparent so guests know what to expect before booking. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make the property even more enjoyable for future stays! Central air recently installed, just in time for summer! Guest access Guests have full private access to the home and outdoor guest areas (excluding garage). Please respect marked or locked areas reserved for housekeeping and property use. Other things to note Just an FYI: The secondary/back lot behind the house may occasionally be used by the owners for personal projects. It’s separate from the guest areas, and we’ll give you your space—though we’re always happy to say hello if you’d like. The garage is for storage only and not included in the rental. The home does not have a dishwasher. Dish soap, sponges, and drying racks are provided for your convenience.
