The space The home features four bedrooms total—two on the main living level and two on the lower/basement level—providing plenty of room for families or groups. There is a full bathroom with a shower on each level for added convenience. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and ample closet space. Bedroom two features a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle, comfortably sleeping two, and also includes a desk, office chair, and printer—ideal for remote work or study. The lower level offers a cozy family room with couches, a TV, and bar area, along with two additional bedrooms—one with a full bed and one with a queen bed. A private full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the private grounds and relax on the back deck, which features a retractable awning for shade during the summer months and a gas grill for outdoor meals. May need 4-wheel drive during mud seasons. - Beautiful pond is for viewing only. Please no swimming in summer or walking or skating on pond in the winter. - The main level has a working wood fireplace, while the lower-level wood stove is decorative only.
