Beautiful lake home - 45 minutes from Twin Cities

Bring your family to our beautiful lake front home just a quick 45 minute drive from the Twin Cities and enjoy the quiet town of Waverly. Enjoy coffee in the morning and a quiet evening on the deck as you watch the sun rise and fall. Waverly Lake is a sand bottomed lake with great fishing. Our home is comfortable for families and allows you to quickly break away from the cities for some great lake relaxation. The space Our entire home, with the exception of a couple of storage rooms is available for guests to use. The deck is amazing for relaxing with your friends and family. There are comfortable sleeping arrangements, plenty of spaces both inside and out to spread out, a well stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and laundry for washing the lake fun off! Guest access The entire inside of our home, with the exception of a few storage spaces, is available for guests to use. Other things to note There is a paddle boat and canoe for guests to use. Guests are welcome to bring a boat, we just ask guests to let us know if they are bringing one. You would need to park your boat on shore as there is limited dock space. Smaller boats should have room to park at the dock.
