The space This cozy private apartment is located on a quiet family friendly street, close to many stores! It is a very spacious, clean and safe spot to relax or work in peace. Cleaned and sanitized after each guest. This is a two floor apartment with stairs. It has one bedroom with queen size bed, dresser, large closet, dresser, tv and plenty of storage. There is a pull out bed/sofa in the living room that sleeps two people with bedding and a futon that can sleep one person. TV's, closets, Blankets, pillows, towels, linens, etc. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet. The full kitchen has an island with stools to eat or work at and a dinning room table. There are Pots/pans utensils, dishes, Coffee machine, Soap, etc. There is free street parking in front of the house in the street. This a comfortable spacious place to relax. We require picture ID of each guest 18 years and older staying at property to be sent to us when booking reservation. Your privacy is always respected and noone bothers you, but we are always available if you have any questions or concerns. This apartment is close to everything just off deer park Avenue, tons or restaurants, tanger outlets and so much more for your convenience. This is not a place for gatherings or party. Please be advised before booking that we do not give refunds if you cut your stay short or arrive at a later date, purchasing the travel insurance should be considered. If you would like to extend your stay please contact us. Not suitable for infants, babies or children as nothing is child proof. No pets please as we are highly allergic to dogs, cats and other animals.
