You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. PARTIES -NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $200 fine. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval.
