Exterior Ring cameras are installed at the front entry and backyard for security purposes only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted unless approved in advance. The property has exterior security cameras and noise monitoring to help maintain a quiet environment. Violation of this rule may result in termination of the stay and additional fees. 🤫 Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) To maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping the home calm and respectful during these hours. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a $300 cleaning fee will be applied. 🚫🐾 No Pets Pets are not allowed at this property due to severe allergies in the household. 👞 Shoes-Off Home To help keep the home clean and comfortable, please remove outdoor shoes inside the house and on the backyard patio. 🌹 Garden Enjoyment Guests are warmly invited to relax and enjoy the rose garden surrounded by Japanese maple trees. To preserve the beauty of the garden, please do not cut or pick the flowers. Kindly stay on the patio and pathways and avoid walking on the lawn. 🏡 Self-Catering Home The home is fully equipped for your stay. We provide an initial starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies. 🧺 Washer & Dryer Care After using the washer, please wipe the gasket and leave the door slightly open to allow it to dry. Kindly clean the dryer lint filter after each use. ⏰ Early Check-In Early check-in may be available depending on the cleaning schedule and whether there are guests checking out the same day. Requests are usually confirmed one day prior to arrival. Additional fees may apply. ✈️ Late Check-Out Late check-out may be possible if there are no guests arriving the same day. Please request at least one day in advance. Additional fees may apply. 🚮 Trash & Recycling Please dispose of trash and recycling in the appropriate bins.
