Welcome to “The Residence” at Haven at Hazel, one of four uniquely crafted apartments situated right on the historic city square in downtown Demorest. Step outside to find convenient parking just beyond your front door and enjoy the vibrant local scene with great restaurants and a cozy coffee shop all within easy walking distance. The space Designed for comfort and convenience, The Residence features a dual reclining couch in the living room with built-in charging ports, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The large TV sits atop a warm electric fireplace, complemented by mood lighting on the ceiling that sets the perfect atmosphere. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything needed to create a home-cooked meal, plus a dishwasher for effortless cleanup. For extended stays, a full-size washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. The spacious bathroom offers a luxurious experience with a large shower and a deep soaking tub. Sleeping arrangements include a plush king bed downstairs and a full bed in the upstairs loft, which also houses a reading chair and a selection of books for leisurely moments. Guest access The residence is a private apartment with a front and back door. The back door provides easy access to our common area, and we also have a front common area with a central fountain and benches overlooking the square.
