Bedroom 1 has 3 twin-over-double bunks. Bedroom 2 has 2 double bunks. Bedroom 3 has 3 twin-over-twin bunks. Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed. Bathrooms 1 and 2 each have 3 showers, 3 sinks, and 3 toilets. Bathroom 3 has 1 shower with roll-over curb (no step), one sink, and one toilet. Large kitchen w/ 2 fridges. Large common areas. The space The NAN Ranch Lodge is a large house set up for family, organization, or other groups, with bunkrooms, a private master bedroom, dorm-style bathrooms, and large kitchen and gathering spaces. NAN Ranch is a historic working ranch on the Mimbres River in SW New Mexico. The ranch offers leisure amenities at its headquarters, plus miles and miles of ranch roads that double as trails for hiking, biking, or sightseeing. This enchanted corner of the beautiful rural Southwest is a memorable setting for your family, team, or wedding party. The Lodge has 14 beds in 4 bedrooms and bunkrooms, plus comfortable sofas and can sleep 20 to 22 comfortably with some sharing. Two main bathrooms each have 3 sinks, 3 showers, and 3 toilet stalls; a 3rd bathroom, with no-curb shower, open sink and toilet is not officially "accessible," but can accommodate a disabled person who has assistance. The house has central heating and air-conditioning. Its open patio has a large fire-pit and barbecue grills. Guest access Lodge guests have full access to all NAN Ranch amenities, including pool and hot tub, and access to hundreds of miles of ranch roads.
