Close to everything, yet truly away from it all! You’ll find your escape at Timberview Lodge, a beautifully appointed single-family home that comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The main level features a well-equipped kitchen designed for cooking your favorite meals, with a generous island that’s perfect for chatting over coffee or appetizers. A formal dining area is ready for special gatherings, while the spacious living room invites everyone to relax around the two-story decorative only fireplace (fireplace is not operational and not for guest use)- clean, cozy, and impressive! Vaulted ceilings and a dramatic apex window flood the space with natural light, creating that “we’re somewhere secluded” feeling while still enjoying modern comfort. Also on the main level is the primary bedroom, complete with a private ensuite bath featuring a large soaking tub and separate shower. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the back deck and private hot tub, making it easy to unwind day or night. Upstairs, family and friends will find two bedrooms, each furnished with two twin beds plus twin-over-twin bunk beds, sharing a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Perfect for kids or groups traveling together! Downstairs is where the fun continues. This lower level includes a king bedroom, a shared full bath with tub/shower combo, and two additional full beds, plus a TV room with a large sectional to watch movies together. Feeling competitive or just want to unplug? Enjoy pinball machines, video games, and a pool table-rain or shine, there’s always something to do! No Children under 18 allowed in Hot Tub Area-Must be an adult over the age of 18 Signed Guest Rental Agreement & Hot Tub Waiver is required after booking is confirmed Firewood is not provided, guests will need to bring their own if they wish to use the outdoor firepit. Quiet Hours are 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surroundings. No off-street parking. Utilize driveway.
