If any smell is detected , a fine of $500 will apply. No shoes inside house No dragging of luggage inside house . Please seek each other’s help to take luggage inside . No markings or scratches on walls, floors or furniture ( guests will be responsible for any damages) No damages to pots, pans , towels, beddings Absolutely NO moving of furniture ( extra charge will be applied if this happens) No pets No recreational or medical marijuana No vaping No shisha No parties No loud music No gathering or congregation or any kind outside of property. It is a residential neighborhood Please remove all garbage/ bottles / cans from inside the fridge /property when leaving. All garbage must fit inside the bins.
