A large plus is the partially covered terrace, which invites you to linger with a lounge group, a beach chair, and two sun loungers. This outdoor area is complemented by a dining set with four chairs and a nearby grill chimney, guaranteeing sociable evenings. For children, there is a swing set with a hanging chair and a nest swing in the garden, which also houses a spacious garden shed where up to four bicycles can be securely stored. The driveway provides ample space for at least two cars, making arrival particularly convenient. Inside, the 62 sqm, single-story holiday home impresses with a spacious living and dining area.
