Guest access The entire home and outdoor areas are yours to enjoy during your stay, with the exception of two locked storage closets reserved for the owners. Guests also have access to the garage and a spacious driveway with parking for 20+ vehicles. The home features keyless entry, so you can arrive and settle in without waiting for a traditional check-in. Please contact us before booking if your group will exceed 16 people. We'll be happy to provide the additional guest fee and help you arrange your stay. No additional or unregistered guests are permitted without prior approval. We are pet friendly! Your well-behaved pets are welcome to join you. • Pet Fee: A fee of $100 per pet per night is added automatically at checkout to cover extra cleaning. • Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Rules: Please keep pets off all furniture and beds. Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated. Guests are asked to clean up all pet waste in the yard before departure. PARTIES & EVENTS We welcome celebrations and gatherings when properly arranged in advance. Events may be hosted at the property for an additional $1,000 event fee, which includes: • Up to 48 guests • 6 round tables • 48 Chairs Please contact us before booking or before planning an event so we can provide the details and obtain approval. Unauthorized parties or large events are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction without a refund. NO SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the property. Please help us keep the home fresh, clean, and comfortable for all guests. TRASH & RECYCLING Please place all trash in securely tied trash bags and dispose of it in the appropriate trash bins located on the side of the house. • Regular trash: Collected every Monday • Recycling: Collected every Thursday If you are staying at the property on a collection day, we greatly appreciate your help by placing the appropriate bins at the curb the night before collection. Thank you for helping us keep the property and neighborhood clean! TOWELS Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only. Please do not use bathroom towels at the pool, as pool water and outdoor use can permanently damage them. Pool towels are provided for pool use. If you plan to visit a beach, water park, or other off-site location, we recommend bringing your own towels. CHARCOAL GRILL A charcoal grill is available for your use. Please note that guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal. Please make sure the grill is completely extinguished and cleaned after use. STARTER SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of: • Toilet paper • Paper towels • Trash bags For longer stays or larger groups, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the surrounding community during your stay. Outdoor gatherings, music, and conversations should be kept at a reasonable volume during these hours.
